At the same time, in order to solidify the results of product design and achieve resource sharing, the company, as the first domestic user of the Windchill system, has established an enterprise-level data management platform-process-based Windchill system management. However, in the early stage of the introduction, due to various factors such as the maturity of the software, the advanced nature of the company's requirement definition, and the lack of resources, the early versions of Windchill encountered setbacks in the company's implementation.

    After several years of grinding and hard work, Rifa has gradually accumulated experience in the use of the PDM system in practical applications, and has a further understanding of the system. PTC’s software system has become increasingly mature, and the implementation personnel have more experience in There are also numerous successful implementation cases in China.

    After sufficient communication, with the support of the company's senior management and PTC senior management, Rifa's PDM upgrade project, the PDM Windchill project, was officially launched. This project was first implemented on a trial basis in the Textile Machinery Company, and then extended to the subsidiaries of the group. The project is mainly aimed at the PDM standard function configuration, a small amount of customized development, and the system is upgraded to the latest version of PDMLlink8.0 with more powerful and mature functions. After the system is online, it can realize functions such as document management, CAD integration, product data visualization, product structure management, change management, life cycle and workflow management, communication and collaboration, and system management. The project is scheduled to end at the end of August 2006.
