At the meeting, the Finance Department and the Human Resources Department respectively reported on the completion of the company’s main operating indicators and employee salaries and benefits in 2008. They pointed out that due to the overall macroeconomic downturn and other factors, Rifa Digital’s operating indicators are in addition to financial profits. There are varying degrees of gaps between other indicators and the annual budget ratio. But in terms of salary and benefits, there has been a certain increase over last year.

    The general manager made a report on the working ideas for the situation in 2009. Finally, Chairman Wang Benshan made a speech. He pointed out that in 2008, Seiki basically completed the CE certification, paving the way for a full entry into the EU market. In terms of product research and development, the left- and right-hand development of the vertical lathe and the trial production of the dual-station vertical lathe have been completed. The first gantry machining center with moving beams and columns is already in the assembly process. Mr. Wang also explained that although the listing work has not reached the expected goal, the internal work is still in progress. The new revised application draft and annual report plan will be reported in February. Based on the current stock market situation, there is hope of listing in the second half of 2009. Mr. Wang also pointed out that in addition to the impact of the financial crisis in 2008, our own problems are also the key to the failure of the company's main operating indicators to complete on schedule. For example, problems such as the continuous quality problems of equipment delivery, the decline in order fulfillment rate, the drastic reduction in orders, and the serious waste, reflect that the company's management needs to be further improved.

    Finally, Mr. Wang also requested that in 2009, all departments and all employees should advocate teamwork, work together, and overcome the crisis: the turning and milling part should do a good job in product upgrades, jump out of the current low-end product price competition market, and implement differentiated products. For the competition, the products should develop in the direction of high, precise and sharp, and at the same time, we must do a good job in the development of the vertical lathe market; in the milling and boring part, we must do a good job in the product development of the CNC boring machine and the stable quality of the gantry series products, and quickly form a new company Economic growth point; the grinding part should improve the existing products, and quickly improve the existing quality problems.
