The 11th China International Aerospace Expo will be held at Zhuhai International Aerospace Expo Center from November 1 to 6, 2016. Rifa Aviation Equipment, a subsidiary of Rifa Precision Machinery, was invited to participate again.

    Rifa Aviation Equipment is a subsidiary of Rifa Precision Machinery (stock code: 002520). Its main business includes: carbon fiber automatic layering/laying special equipment, composite material processing equipment, large part digital assembly equipment, automatic wall panel parts Production of drilling and riveting equipment and aerospace parts.

    In this exhibition, Rifa Aviation Equipment will exhibit the on-board mobile attitude adjustment system for the first time. This system is a scientific research project jointly developed by Rifa Aviation Equipment and AVIC Xifei. Through the preset process, the hoisting of large parts of the aircraft is completed. Positioning, precise movement of the target position, real-time measurement of docking points, synchronized attitude adjustment of large parts, and stress-free alignment between large parts. The complete system includes: AGV intelligent transportation system, three-coordinate numerical control positioner, force-sensing transition bracket, attitude adjustment software and control system.

    The successful development of the vehicle-mounted mobile attitude adjustment system can greatly reduce the tooling frame of aircraft manufacturers, reduce the man-hour consumption in the transfer process, and provide new technical support for the digital assembly of aircraft in my country.
