On December 27, 2002, a major construction project with the purpose of "building a characteristic industrial zone and enhancing the regional economy of Xinchang"-Xinchang Electromechanical Science and Technology Park passed the evaluation of the Provincial Environmental Review Committee.　　The review meeting was held in Hangzhou New Century Hotel. Leaders and experts from the provincial, municipal and county environmental protection bureaus, the Provincial Academy of Environmental Sciences, and the city and county economic and trade bureaus participated in the review meeting. The meeting conducted a scientific evaluation on the industrial structure, layout, clean production of the construction project, and the project's planning and governance methods for the natural environment, social environment, and water environment.　　

Jia Zhijun, the leader of the environmental impact assessment expert team, believes that the project's environmental impact assessment report is "comprehensive in content; prominent in key points; and governance meets the requirements." Other members of the expert group spoke highly of the environmental protection plan and measures of the project.　　

Xinchang Electromechanical Technology Park is a high-tech industrial park, the main development direction is textile machinery, CNC lathes, automated production lines and other high-tech industries. Zhejiang Rifa Digital Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Rifa Twisting Co., Ltd. plan to enter the first phase of the park. , Zhejiang Rifa Spinning Equipment Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Zhongbao Co., Ltd. and other six high-tech enterprises.
