In this exhibition, Rifa Precision Machinery and its subsidiary Italy MCM will jointly participate in the exhibition. The exhibits include two sets of exhibits: automobile wheel automatic production line, milling and turning composite horizontal machining center and its flexible line. 1. Auto wheel hub production line
The automatic production line for automobile wheels at this exhibition is a combination of one vertical CNC lathe RFCL63-D (double turret), one RFCL63-V and a joint robot. The production line can complete the automatic processing of 13-24 inch automobile wheels. It can also expand drilling equipment, testing equipment, etc., to realize fully automatic processing and testing of wheels.
RFCL63-D and RFCL63-V are vertical CNC lathes specially developed for automotive wheel hub processing. They adopt electro-hydraulic integrated design, compact structure, integral bed, large cross-section column, and high-rigidity structure; two axes adopt linear rolling guides. There is no backlash transmission, the main shaft is a high-speed and high-rigidity structure, with stepless speed change, which can realize constant linear speed cutting and high-speed cutting; the longitudinal screw has been pre-tensioned during assembly, which can offset the thermal elongation. The equipment adopts imported FANUC, Siemens and other control systems with complete functions and reliable performance. The intelligent power components with low power consumption are used in the servo drive system, and the mechanical vibration during acceleration and deceleration is very small.
This wheel hub automation unit has introduced advanced European design concepts, combined with the processing technology and experience of leading domestic wheel processing companies such as Wanfeng and Dicastal, and has the following characteristics:
1. It has the functions of identifying and angular orientation of the characteristic points of the automobile hub, as well as the automatic detection of the center hole of the automobile hub and the isolation of unqualified products;

2. TANK1600MTG Milling and Turning Compound Machine Tool
The TANK1600MTG milling and turning compound machine tool is designed and manufactured by the Italian MCM Machine Tool Company. The whole machine adopts an integrated bed structure, thermally symmetrical layout, and center of gravity drive technology. The machine tool has the X/Y/Z/A/B five-axis linkage function, which integrates milling and Turning is integrated, and it is widely used in the processing of aero engine blisks, disc shafts and casing parts. According to customer needs, grinding functions can also be added to realize milling, turning and grinding combined processing. MCM has focused on five-axis milling, turning and grinding compound machining for 20 years, and has very rich experience in compound machining machine tool design and process capabilities. TANK1600MTG linear axis VDI positioning accuracy is less than 4um, rotary axis VDI positioning accuracy is less than 4 seconds.
Three, FMS flexible line system
The FMS flexible line system randomly exhibited at this exhibition is an important part of multiple multi-pallet FMS systems, including logistics trolleys, loading and unloading stations, and software and hardware control systems. The jFMX MES system software developed by the MCM automation department can realize the overall management of machine tools, flexible units, flexible lines, smart workshops, and smart factories. It can monitor the status of resources in real time, and perform real-time management of fixtures, tools, pallets, and workpieces. Production orders and adjustment of priorities. Each MCM machine tool can realize the comprehensive processing of milling, turning and grinding through hardware addition and additional training, as well as the pre-judgment of maintenance and repair. The main machine is equipped with 92 to 999 matrix tool magazines to meet all the requirements for machine tool tools in part processing.
