On the evening of May 22, in order to improve the new police officers' professional theoretical knowledge and meet the needs of enterprise development and security work, the Group's Security Division held a training lecture on basic knowledge of security services and economic police services in the Rifa Lecture Hall. Through the study, everyone feels that they have benefited a lot and have further improved their business theory. The lecture was delivered by Comrade Ding Jinchao, Chief of the Security Department of the Group. In view of the current public security situation and the actual needs of enterprises, he actively explored how to improve the quality of security personnel. The new police officer has just returned from the special training camp, and his physical fitness has improved to a certain extent, but he lacks theoretical knowledge of defense operations. The lecture mainly clarified the purpose and tasks of the security work, and introduced in detail the principles, requirements, methods and measures of the security work. From two perspectives, the requirements of warm service and strict management are put forward for the security work. It gives a detailed introduction to how the security personnel are familiar with the terrain and features, how to protect the scene, and how to prevent the occurrence and disposal of public security accidents. So that all new police officers have a deeper understanding and improvement of the security work. The lecture was highly targeted and the effect was obvious. In accordance with the team requirements of "strengthen the quality internally and build the image externally" and the daily internship training program for new police officers, our department will continue to organize a series of activities starting from May 27th, 7-9 pm every Monday and Thursday nights. Theoretical training, discussion and testing, continuously improve their own quality, establish a civilized and mighty teacher, and adapt to the development requirements of the enterprise.
