The 13th China International Machine Tool Fair (CIMT2013) closed successfully on April 27, 2013. The exhibition lasted for six days. The total exhibition area is 126,000 square meters, of which there are more than 800 domestic exhibitors. There are more than 700 overseas exhibitors, making it the largest ever CIMT exhibition. The accuracy indicators of the machine tools have reached the world's leading level, and they have won unanimous praise in the exhibition.

       High-speed and high-precision horizontal machining center RFSH63: It is a major special research and development result of our company in 2012. This machine tool adopts a high-rigidity integral T-shaped bed and a gantry-type closed frame structure. Through the analysis of the dynamic and static characteristics of the whole machine structure and optimization design, servo drive optimization, CNC system error compensation, precision manufacturing and other key technologies in-depth research, make The machine tool guarantees high rigidity during rough machining, and maintains extremely high precision and high dynamic response characteristics during finishing. At the same time, this machine tool is also equipped with a 6-station PPL turntable, which can effectively improve the production efficiency of the machine tool. After the workpiece is clamped once, the roughing and finishing of multiple processes such as milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping can be continuously completed. It is especially suitable for the processing of complex parts such as box parts, plates and molds. It is an ideal equipment for the processing of precision parts in industries such as aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, transportation, energy, automobiles and equipment.

      Turning and milling compound center RFCM80: This machine tool is equipped with two spindle tables (SP1 and SP2), the spindle adopts FANUC electric spindle structure, the spindle bearing adopts NSK high-grade spindle bearing, and the spindle has a brake function. The main spindle SP2 can move left and right (W axis). The equipment comes standard with a lower tool station part. The tool post is a servo-driven structure, which can move left and right (Z2 axis), can be equipped with 10-station tools, and can be equipped with power tools, which can complete turning, milling, drilling, tapping and other processing. The equipment is equipped with a high-precision and high-speed milling head. The milling head spindle adopts FANUC electric spindle structure, which can move up and down, left and right (X1/Z1/Y1 axis), and can swing by plus or minus 120° (B axis). The swing of the milling head adopts a worm gear structure and is hydraulically locked, which can complete high-precision milling, drilling, tapping and other processing. The equipment is equipped with a servo-style tool magazine, which can hold 40 knives, which can meet a variety of processing needs after a single tool is installed. This machine tool is suitable for processing complex rotary parts with switches, and can perform turning and milling processing of cylindrical, curved, tapered, stepped, spiral, etc. This product is widely used in parts processing in the automotive industry, aerospace and other industries. This equipment was exhibited by our company for the first time, and it made a stunning appearance in this exhibition, perfectly demonstrating the style of precision.

       Parallel dual-spindle turning-milling compound center RFCF2O: It is a full-function CNC lathe independently developed by our company, and it has become a special product of the exhibition: the machine is equipped with two parallel spindle tables and has a brake function. The equipment is equipped with a truss-type manipulator device, which can complete the U-turn processing of the workpiece through the configuration of two parallel main spindle tables. The equipment can complete the turning, milling, drilling, tapping and U-turn processing of the workpiece at one time. The equipment is widely used in one-time forming and processing of auto parts. The equipment was directly contracted on site and sold on the spot.
