结构特点

本系列产品是在消化、吸收国内外数控车床技术的基础上开发成功的高档数控车床产品，产品结构紧凑、造型美观、功能丰富、配置完善、性能优良、质量可靠，具备高速度、高精度、高刚性、高效率的显著优点。
（1）机床采用整体式45°倾斜床身结构，经结构分析和优化设计，整体刚性好。整机采用全封闭防护，彻底杜绝漏油、漏水现象。回水槽和回油槽使得润滑油、冷却液完全分离，符合高标准的环保要求。
（2）高刚性主轴结构。精选国际著名品牌的高精度主轴轴承，采用国外最新主传动结构形式，实现了高回转精度，高刚性、高主轴转速。
（3）X、Z两轴导轨采用直线滚动导轨，带有预加载荷，刚性好，没有爬行现象，移动速度快。
（4）Z轴丝杠采用双支撑、轴向预拉伸结构，不仅提高了刚性，还抵消了热变形对机床定位精度的影响。此外各轴均采用无间隙传动结构。
（5）本系列产品采用质量可靠、功能丰富的FANUC数控系统，最小控制单位达到0.001mm，采用平稳的高增益控制，具备平稳的加减速特性。
（6）机床所配置的各功能元件质量可靠，性能优良。其中，主轴轴承、滚动导轨、滚珠丝杆等核心零、部件采用等国际一流品牌的产品

（7）本系列产品采用了模块化的设计方法，各规格产品配置齐全，功能完善，而且具有多种多样的模块组合方式满足用户的不同需求。
